BRIAN ANAV
Co-Founder
Brian Anav is a successful business professional with over 15 years of experience in managing operations, logistics and strategy. He started his career by founding a leading packaging manufacturing and distribution company in Los Angeles with annual sales exceeding $100 Million a year. He has been active in real estate development and investment since 2014 with an extensive commercial real estate portfolio focused on Class A retail assets.

JASON YAZDANI
Co-Founder
Jason Yazdani started his real estate career in 2011 as an associate for a boutique commercial real estate advisory firm based in Beverly Hills, where he focused on the origination of debt and equity financing for commercial real estate projects across the Western US and Mexico.
In 2017, Jason started developing residential real estate with a mission to craft and develop custom high-end spec homes. To date, he has developed over 80,000 square feet of high end residential real estate.
Our Mission
- Identifying and Acquiring SFR lots primed for redevelopment in Class A pockets of West Los Angels and surrounding areas.
- Organizing the capital stack using existing debt and equity relationships
- Utilizing our seasoned team of consultants, engineers, architects, and designers to create a value engineered product that will demand top of the market $/SF while reducing development costs.
- Construction of the project in a timely manner with our in-house construction team and project management team with a focus on quality and minimizing costs
- Deliver a Class-A product that will achieve above average sales price and deliver maximum profits to our investor pool.
Our Strategy
- Acquire in-fill residential lots in prime neighborhoods of West Los Angeles with a focus on walkability, safety, school districts and surrounding new development
- Constantly updating our vendor network to find the best building products and sub-contractors while focusing on reducing overall cost per square foot
- Creating new and unique avenues of procurement in an effort to reduce costs and lead-time
- Utilizing debt relationships to deliver higher returns for our investors
